Strength & Conditioning 9-Week Program
9-week youth Sports Strength & Conditioning Program specifically designed to help our youth stay active, and improve their performance, confidence and athleticism through increased speed, agility, strength, reaction, endurance, and injury prevention training.
This program takes place in a group setting and are led by our expert coaches in a fun, clean, and supportive environment.
When: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays @ 4:30 PM (Year-round)
Where: Omni Training Facility, Waite Park, MN
