Tactical Games training is a comprehensive fitness class designed to enhance the physical capabilities and mental resilience of participants. This training focuses on three main components: endurance, physical strength, and stamina. Participants engage in a variety of challenging activities that test their ability to perform under pressure.
The goal of Tactical Games training is to prepare individuals for high-intensity situations by improving their overall fitness and mental toughness. This class is ideal for those looking to push their limits and achieve peak physical condition.
Founded by owners Leah Egan and Colin Briscoe, Omni was born from the idea that fitness is a tool for building community and promoting both physical and mental health. We see fitness as more than just exercise; it’s about feeling better inside and out, building friendships, and creating a space where everyone can grow.
